4. Account Use and Prohibited Conduct

mcm88 operates automated fraud-detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected, mcm88 may suspend or terminate the account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the mcm88 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

- ›Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account placed under review.
- ›Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). mcm88 may request government-issued identification, proof of address and confirmation of the payment method used to fund the account before processing any withdrawal.
- ›Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and may be updated without prior notice.
- ›Funds deposited but never wagered may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal. mcm88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence explaining the source of such funds.
mcm88 is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Transactions that appear unusual, disproportionate to stated income or inconsistent with normal player activity may be flagged for enhanced due diligence. 6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

- ›Bonus abuse — including bonus hunting, arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, plus account suspension.
A wagering requirement (rollover) means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x rollover requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets. Only bets on eligible game categories count toward clearing the requirement — check each offer's specific terms for which games qualify.
7. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games on the mcm88 Platform operate under their published game rules, accessible within each game interface. The following general fair play terms apply across all game categories:
- ›All slots, crash games, fishing games and RNG-based table games use independently certified random number generation software. Stated RTP percentages reflect the genuine long-run theoretical return and are not adjusted by mcm88 for individual players or account segments.
- ›Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Vivo Gaming. Outcomes are governed by each studio's systems and cannot be modified by mcm88. Technical malfunctions during live sessions are handled under the studio's published void-game policy.
- ›Sports betting markets, including cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), are governed by sport-specific betting rules. In the event of match abandonment, postponement or a disputed result, bets will be settled according to mcm88's published sports betting rules, which form part of these Terms.
- ›mcm88 reserves the right to void any bet placed using erroneous odds, miscalculated payouts or a technical error, identified before or after settlement. Players will be notified and any funds paid out in error will be reclaimed from the account balance.
8. Responsible Gaming

- ›Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours to prevent impulsive changes during a session.
- ›Session time limits and time-out periods: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they are automatically logged out, or activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 weeks during which all account access and betting activity is suspended.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcm88 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform:
- ›Any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- ›Any loss arising from temporary or permanent inability to access the Platform due to maintenance, server downtime, network issues or any technical fault outside mcm88's direct control.
- ›Any loss arising from reliance on Platform content that was subject to a technical error, provided mcm88 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon identification.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
mcm88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- ›Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 4.
- ›Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from the mcm88 compliance team.
- ›Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft or any other financial crime connected to the account, even where no formal finding has yet been made.
- ›Any request by a regulatory body, law enforcement authority or court of competent jurisdiction requiring mcm88 to restrict or close the account.
12. Amendments to These Terms
mcm88 may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
